National Sales Manager

Coast Hotels USA Inc. Seattle, WA (Hybrid) Salary: $85,000 USD + incentive plan

About the Role

Coast Hotels USA Inc. is seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to grow revenue and market share across our U.S. hotel portfolio. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing strategic accounts, expanding Tour & Travel partnerships, and generating qualified opportunities for Coast Hotels properties.

The National Sales Manager serves as the primary liaison between Coast Hotels USA, Corporate Head Office, franchise partners, and third-party sales organizations, including Hotel Resources and other contracted sales resources. This individual will coordinate communication, align sales priorities, monitor performance, and ensure leads and business opportunities are appropriately managed and followed up on across the portfolio.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position that combines remote work with in-office work in Seattle, Washington. Travel throughout the United States and Canada is required to support client relationships, industry events, sales missions, and Coast Hotels business initiatives.

What You'll Do

ยท Develop and grow revenue opportunities across Coast Hotels' U.S. portfolio.

ยท Prospect, negotiate, and secure new business within Corporate, Association, Government, Tour & Travel, and other targeted market segments.

ยท Manage national, regional, and strategic accounts while identifying opportunities to increase production.

ยท Build relationships with tour operators, wholesalers, travel advisors, and industry partners.

ยท Represent Coast Hotels at trade shows, industry events, networking functions, and sales missions.

ยท Partner with hotel leadership teams to support sales initiatives and market development strategies.

ยท Act as the primary liaison between Corporate Head Office, franchise properties, and third-party sales partners.

ยท Coordinate the distribution, tracking, and follow-up of leads and business opportunities.

ยท Monitor sales performance, provide reporting, and support portfolio-wide revenue growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

ยท Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel sales experience with a proven track record of revenue generation and business development.

ยท Experience managing strategic accounts and developing new business opportunities.

ยท Knowledge of Corporate, Government, Association, Leisure, Tour & Travel, or related hospitality market segments.

ยท Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

ยท Experience working with multiple hotel properties, franchise organizations, or third-party sales partners preferred.

ยท Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.

ยท Valid driver's license.

ยท Valid passport and ability to travel within the United States and Canada.
