Multimedia, Graphics Artist, Instructional Designer

Responsibilities What you'll do:
  • Create professional quality graphics, illustrations, icons, layouts, and other visual assets for digital and print media, translating complex or technical concepts into clear, user-friendly designs.
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop instructional materials, including training modules, visual aids, learning content, and instructional videos that apply sound instructional design principles.
  • Capture, edit, and assemble video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other tools; enhance original or stock footage, audio, animations, and graphical elements to produce compelling multimedia content for marketing, internal communication, and training needs.
  • Convert raw or technical information into clear, effective training and communication assets that support DS2's internal and external objectives.
Qualifications We need someone who:
  • Has a degree in graphics, marketing, or another related field
  • Has relevant professional experience providing graphics design support for multifaceted media/communications across a range of disciplines
  • Has strong video creation experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Is proficient with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and other tools
  • Has a strong work ethic with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Is able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Is proficient with website design
  • Has an ethical, responsive and detail-oriented work ethic that values creativity and quality
  • Has an empathetic and collaborative personality that values collaborative achievement over personal recognition
  • Has the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to complete a U.S. government background investigation

  • Have experience designing engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences
