Who You Are

You are a passionate visual storyteller who loves breathing life into complex ideas. You possess both the creative spark and the technical precision to produce engaging visual assets across digital, print, and video platforms. You thrive in collaborative team environments and take pride in knowing your animations, graphics, and video productions directly enhance national-level training programs.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Conceptualize & Design: Create visually compelling graphic layouts, animations, logos, and motion graphics for interactive courses and promotions.

  • Video Production: Capture, script, edit, and mix high-resolution video and audio content (including podcasts, tutorials, and training documentaries).

  • Develop Print & Web Collateral: Design professional custom brochures, trade show posters, decals for aviation assets, and sleek presentation templates.

  • Archive Assets: Maintain a highly structured, easily searchable database of raw source files, stock imagery, and finished media deliverables.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic or multimedia design experience.

  • Software: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related creative field preferred.

  • Portfolio: A diverse portfolio displaying technical proficiency in video editing, motion design, and print graphic layouts.

  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background suitability check.
