Location: Raleigh, NC

Job Description:
Healthcare Systems Analyst, EHR Optimization Specialist, Health IT Analyst
This role will lead technical assistance work for client as we work with participants and their electronic health record (EHR) vendors on implementing, improving, and maintaining data integrations. Supports and monitors technical infrastructure for client and SAS environments. Manages change orders, bug fixes and updates for the client Clinical Portal. Develops and supports data queries to assist with data analysis, verifying data extracts, data transformation, load job streams, and developing business analysis reports. Supports various analytic and outbound data services with a specific focus on developing Queries utilizing SQL, SAS, and InterSystems HealthShare tools to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and reports as needed.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Maintain and support technical infrastructure for client and SAS platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Ensure stability and performance of data exchange systems and applications.
  • Manage and coordinate change orders, bug fixes, and enhancements for the client Clinical Portal.
  • Develop and support complex data queries to assist with data validation, transformation, and reporting. Verify data extracts and monitor ETL (extract, transform, load) job streams. Generate business analysis reports based on internal and external data requirements.
  • Use SQL, SAS, and InterSystems HealthShare tools to perform data exploration and generate insights for various analytic and outbound services.
  • Lead technical analysis efforts, bringing detailed knowledge of EHR systems and data integration methodologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including data architects, developers, analysts, and clinical stakeholders to ensure data quality and system reliability.
