Job Summary

Responsible for supporting and managing relationships with distributors and customers within an assigned territory or subset of accounts. Applies growing knowledge of company offerings, customer needs, and industry dynamics to manage a portfolio of mid-level accounts. Works semi-autonomously on routine partner support and sales tasks while receiving moderate guidance on complex opportunities. Contributes to partner engagement, lead generation, and channel program participation to support the broader sales strategy.

  • Administers assigned distributor accounts by managing order processing, sales documentation, and basic relationship maintenance activities.
  • Coordinates somewhat complex distributor requests and promotional campaigns in alignment with sales plans and guidance from the channel manager.
  • Analyzes somewhat complex sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within partner portfolios.
  • Implements approved sales programs, promotions, and incentives to drive product awareness and customer engagement with the distributor.
  • Communicates product features, pricing, and availability to distributor representatives, responding to inquiries and resolving basic customer issues.
  • Applies knowledge of company systems and tools to support sales tracking, CRM updates, and partner reporting requirements.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve partner engagement and sales conversion by gathering feedback and sharing actionable insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Documents interactions, promotional performance, and sales outcomes to support ongoing analysis and sales planning.
  • Recommends process improvements or tool enhancements to increase the effectiveness of channel engagement efforts and internal workflows.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the department's goals.
