As an LMFT at Balanced Insight Counseling Services, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized therapeutic plans for couples and families, using evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and groups, including strategies for conflict resolution and communication improvement.
• Provide specialized support for a range of family dynamics and issues, including substance abuse, grief and loss, separation and divorce, and blended families.
• Engage with clients using a culturally competent lens to address their unique backgrounds and experiences.
• Document progress and outcomes in a timely manner, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and maintaining thorough and accurate patient records.
• Work collaboratively with other behavioral health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Our client focus encompasses a spectrum of needs—from those grappling with anxiety and depression to families coping with significant life transitions. You will be a source of support for individuals dealing with issues such as:

• Alcohol abuse and dependency
• Physical and psychological abuse

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
