• Develop and maintain a trusting rapport with clients to foster an open and honest therapeutic relationship.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform your treatment strategies.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Facilitate regular counseling sessions, both individually and in group settings, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of client progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists as needed, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Document each client’s progress and treatment outcomes meticulously to maintain accurate medical records.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms and other technology to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

You will be working with a diverse population that includes individuals and families experiencing a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Trillium Family Therapy emphasizes culturally competent care, allowing therapists to engage with clients from varied backgrounds and experiences.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy is a must.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are vital to efficiently manage case loads and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with online therapy platforms is advantageous.
• Background in working with specific populations, such as LGBTQ+ clients or those with trauma histories, is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.
