This position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Working from the comfort of your home office, you will engage with clients through secure virtual platforms, ensuring confidentiality and a professional therapeutic environment. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, evaluating needs, challenges, and treatment goals.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on progress.
• Provide individual therapy for clients of all ages and couples therapy to enhance communication and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic client care.
• Offer crisis intervention and support during acute distress, applying appropriate therapeutic techniques to stabilize the situation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices in marriage and family therapy.
• Promote self-care and wellness for both clients and yourself, advocating for clients' rights and empowering them in their treatment journey.

The LMFT will serve a diverse clientele, providing therapy to individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds. You will address a wide range of issues, including relationship challenges, mental health disorders, and personal growth. Your expertise will support clients in navigating the complexities of their emotional landscapes, fostering resilience, and promoting overall well-being.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and couples therapy.
• Ability to complete client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans effectively and efficiently.

• Experience working with clients of varying age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver therapy services effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster rapport with clients and their families.
