This is a full-time remote position that allows you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients through our secure online platform, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
• Assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that are aligned with their individual mental health goals.
• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to all confidentiality regulations.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with other mental health professionals when needed to provide comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Uphold ethical and legal standards in all aspects of clinical practice, ensuring the highest standard of care and client safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals facing anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will not only help them cope with daily stresses but also aid in their long-term recovery and personal development.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist in Texas, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing individual therapy, particularly via telehealth, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated comfort and proficiency with technology and online therapy platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members alike.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team framework.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
