Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions with clients utilizing our advanced telehealth platform.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of information.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide holistic, comprehensive care to clients, enhancing their overall therapeutic experience.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and legal obligations governing mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a mental health counselor, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Familiarity and comfort with technology-based therapy solutions.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy services, ideally within a remote or telehealth setting.
• Proven skills in developing treatment plans and therapeutic methodologies that are client-centered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities that foster rapport and trust with clients.
• Capabilities to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Compensation and Benefits
