Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand client backgrounds and mental health needs, employing innovative techniques to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on individual client assessments and regularly update these plans to reflect client progress and feedback.
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, empowering them in their treatment journey and providing continuous motivation and support.
• Maintain detailed and punctual documentation of session notes, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of working with a broad spectrum of mental health disorders and client demographics.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, influenced by your caseload and clinical experience.
