• Collaborating with primary care providers to recognize, diagnose, and manage mental health and psychosocial issues, recommending when patients should transition to specialized mental health facilities.
• Monitoring patient progress through regular follow-ups and documenting developments in treatment charts while coordinating care with other healthcare providers.
• Developing relapse prevention plans for at-risk patients and advising on lifestyle modifications to promote overall wellness.
• Educating patients about self-management skills and involving them actively in their treatment and recovery processes.
• Consulting with clinic management and team members on behavioral health services to enhance programs and evaluate their outcomes.
• Adhering to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals and carrying out additional duties as assigned.

The LPC position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 87,000 to USD 105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
