Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive remote therapy sessions with clients utilizing our user-friendly online platform.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing their specific mental health challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records that reflect the progress and changes in treatment plans.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, fostering an environment of mutual support and resource sharing to improve client care.
• Uphold ethical and legal standards in the offering of mental health services, ensuring compliance with professional guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex trauma-related conditions. Your ability to provide individualized support will be crucial in addressing both immediate and long-term therapeutic goals, ultimately enhancing their quality of life and mental well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, with one of the following certifications:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and teletherapy platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a cohesive team of professionals.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience delivering individual therapy through remote mediums.
• Knowledge or training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapy modalities.
• Understanding of the specific challenges and barriers clients may face in accessing mental health services in a remote format.

Compensation and Benefits
