• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, collaboratively establishing clear therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based counseling sessions through various modalities, focusing on both prevention and treatment of mental health issues.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring responsiveness to individual needs.
• Engage collaboratively with other treatment providers, family members, and placement agencies as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in alignment with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring each client receives the attention and care they require while adhering to designated schedule commitments.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and case consultations to share knowledge and support a culture of growth and accountability.

The clients you will serve range across various demographics, including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with a spectrum of mental health challenges. We are committed to addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, ensuring every client feels valued and understood in their therapeutic journey.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic interventions and mental health treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate a genuine commitment to their well-being.
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and client interactions efficiently.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with local community mental health resources and referral systems.
• Demonstrated history of collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes.
