Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and the support networks available to them.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing established evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, setting specific goals and interventions to facilitate client progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and coordinated care tailored to client needs.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation adhering to ethical and legal standards, including progress notes and treatment plan updates.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We serve a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Many clients present with complex issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will be vital in guiding them through their healing journeys and fostering resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
