Job description

Independent Contractor Opportunity: Membership Sales Consultant

WellBiz Brands is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Membership Sales Consultant to support membership growth initiatives across our brand portfolio. This independent contractor opportunity is focused on driving membership sales for new studio openings, supporting pre-sale campaigns, nurturing prospective members, and contributing to membership growth objectives.

The ideal consultant is highly organized, self-directed, relationship-focused, and experienced in sales and lead conversion. Success in this role is measured by membership sales performance, lead engagement, and achievement of agreed-upon sales objectives.

Compensation

Compensation will consist of a contractor service fee and performance-based incentives tied to membership sales and other agreed-upon performance metrics. The total fee will approximate $3,000.00 - $5,500.00/per average campaign.

What to expect:

  • Remote independent contractor opportunity
  • WellBiz anticipates the level of effort is approximately 20 hours per week, though actual time may vary based on studio opening schedules. The consultant will ultimately determine the time and effort necessary to perform the agreed-upon services.
  • Performance-based incentive opportunities are available

Scope of Services and Deliverables:

  • Develop and execute membership pre-sale campaigns for designated studio openings and promotional initiatives.
  • Generate, engage, and convert prospective member leads in support of agreed-upon membership sales objectives.
  • Provide periodic reports summarizing lead activity, membership sales results, and campaign performance.
  • Develop and recommend strategies to improve membership acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations regarding membership growth opportunities and sales process improvements.
  • Provide additional membership sales support services and related deliverables as mutually agreed by the parties.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or membership sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using CRM platforms and lead management software
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Familiarity with membership-based or subscription-based business models is preferred

Additional Information

This is an independent contractor opportunity and is not an employment position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses and are not eligible for company-sponsored employee benefits. The selected individual will enter into an independent contractor agreement governing the scope of services and compensation.

This role will remain open until the position is filled.
