This role will be conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility and a healthy work-life balance while still being part of a dynamic outpatient office team. Our remote setting is designed to support counselors in delivering high-quality care through modern technology, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring that you can easily manage client interactions and documentation.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine individual client needs and establish effective treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, tailoring approaches to meet diverse client needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance client care outcomes, including referrals to additional services as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed about advancements in mental health care.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in providing much-needed support to those who may have previously struggled to access quality mental health care, particularly in the Fort Collins area, where our services aim to bridge gaps in the local mental health landscape.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating the ability to work effectively across various scenarios.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a collaborative healthcare team setting.
• Proficiency in using EMR software and related technologies to efficiently manage client data and documentation.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly valued.
• Documented success in working with underrepresented communities or those facing barriers to mental health support.
