Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions supported by evidence, including group therapy, family counseling, and individual sessions to promote emotional healing and stability.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to effectively address clients' concerns.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery and coordinate beneficial services for your clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.
• Participate in regular professional development workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will include individuals and families with limited access to mental health services, addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your therapeutic intervention will empower clients to overcome barriers to well-being and lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines relevant to counseling practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team environment.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with your experience and client caseload.
