Work Environment

This position provides you with the flexibility to work from your home in Ontario, California, or any remote location that allows you to maintain a stable and distraction-free environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop customized treatment plans for clients based on individual needs and best practices.
  • Utilize various communication methods via our platform, including real-time video and audio sessions, to deliver therapy effectively.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as required to provide integrated care.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with stable and low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief counseling. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A full, independent LPCC license in good standing, free from any disciplinary actions.

  • A working PC or laptop (tablets are not supported) equipped for telehealth functionalities.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in telehealth or online counseling environments is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000, reflective of your skills and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, enhancing their overall compensation package.
