• Provide individual, family, and group counseling in a therapeutic online environment to address issues related to personal adjustment, mental health disorders, and interpersonal relationships.
• Develop customized treatment plans that are informed by psychiatric diagnoses and a thorough understanding of each client’s unique circumstances and needs.
• Utilize a variety of assessment methods—such as patient interviews, case history reviews, and psychometric evaluations—to gather essential bio-psycho-social data necessary for accurate diagnostics.
• Regularly analyze patient data to evaluate treatment effectiveness, implementing adjustments to strategies and therapeutic techniques as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Facilitate referrals and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support and care during their recovery process.

Our facility serves a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals in various stages of substance use recovery. As an LCSW, you will work closely with clients who have complex needs, including co-occurring mental disorders. Your therapeutic interventions will be pivotal in assisting them to understand and address their psychological and emotional challenges, ultimately enhancing their resilience and stability throughout the recovery process.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of California is required.
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is essential for this position.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is necessary to ensure adequate response to potential emergencies.

Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling tools is also a significant plus in this role.

Woodcrest Wellness Oasis offers a competitive salary range between USD 120,000 and 130,000 annually, complemented by a benefits package that includes:
