• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and therapeutic techniques.
• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring clients receive continuous support and effective interventions.
• Collaborate with clients in establishing therapeutic goals, monitoring their progress throughout the treatment process while adapting strategies as needed.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in continual professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health counseling.

This role focuses on serving a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth facing various mental health challenges, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field of mental health counseling.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a clinical counseling setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in treatment methodologies.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desirable.
• Experience with teletherapy practices, encompassing digital tools and client engagement techniques.
• Familiarity with a range of assessment and diagnostic frameworks to enhance patient evaluation.
