Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, operating from the comfort of your home or any other conducive environment. Our outpatient office structure allows you to work independently while contributing to a supportive therapist network. You will leverage a state-of-the-art online platform that facilitates various communication methods including video calls, audio messages, and secure instant messaging, enhancing your interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mental health counseling to clients in a remote setting, using our user-friendly digital platform.
• Manage and control your schedule effectively, ensuring optimal work-life balance.
• Utilize clinical judgment to devise personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and backgrounds of your clients.
• Engage in continuous learning and contribute to case discussions with peers via our collaborative online community comprising over 10,000 therapists.
• Document and track client progress through online journals, goal-setting tools, and clinical worksheets, ensuring all interactions remain organized and outcomes-focused.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPCC with Center Line Medical Health Center, you will predominantly work with low-acuity adult clients facing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief. Our clients have been carefully screened to provide a manageable caseload, allowing you to focus on delivering effective therapeutic interventions without the burden of severe mental health crises.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and unencumbered LPCC license.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection.
• A working phone and a PC or laptop (tablets are not acceptable).

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with adults in a virtual or telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with digital mental health tools and platforms that enhance patient engagement.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively, prioritizing client needs and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

Offering a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 – 70,000 annually, this full-time position provides a monthly healthcare stipend for comprehensive health coverage.
