As a remote member of our team, you will work in an entirely virtual setting, utilizing cutting-edge technology to interact with your clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize our all-in-one platform to facilitate communication with clients using audio, video, and interactive tools.
• Monitor client progress through clinical worksheets, goal tracking, and online journal entries to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in professional development opportunities and peer consultation through our extensive therapist community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with low-acuity adult clients presenting with dilemmas such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief counseling. All patients are pre-screened to ensure they are stable and ready to engage with mental health services. This allows you the freedom to concentrate your efforts where you can make the most impact without handling severe cases or working with children.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possess a full, independent LPCC license without any disciplinary actions.
• A reliable internet connection and a functioning PC or laptop are mandatory as tablets are not permitted for use.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or digital counseling platforms is advantageous.
• Prior professional work with adults facing low acuity mental health challenges would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with collaborative online tools for monitoring and enhancing client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000, based on experience and client load. Additionally, full-time counselors may receive a monthly healthcare stipend, further supporting your financial and personal well-being as you provide essential services to your clients.
