Role: Informatica MDM (IDMC - SaaS) Integration Lead / Developer
Location: Remote
Client: Healthcare
The Informatica MDM (IDMC - SaaS) Integration Lead will be responsible for designing, building, and governing all integrations between Informatica MDM SaaS and enterprise source and downstream systems. The role ensures secure, scalable, and reliable data ingestion, mastering, and syndication of Customer Master data using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and supporting integration technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Architecture & Design
  • Define end-to-end integration architecture for Informatica MDM (IDMC - SaaS)
  • Design batch, micro-batch, and near real-time integrations
  • Define canonical data models and enterprise integration patterns
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security compliance for SaaS integrations

Apart from MDM - Informatica IDMC Platform Responsibilities
  • Lead configuration and usage of Informatica IDMC services, including:

o Informatica Data Integration (CDI)
o Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI)
o Informatica Data Quality (CDQ)
o Informatica API Management
  • Design and manage ingestion and publishing pipelines for Customer Master data
  • Configure secure connectivity using IDMC Secure Agent

Integration Technologies & Tools (Must Have)
  • The Integration Lead is expected to work with the following technologies as part of the IDMC MDM ecosystem:

Integration & Data Movement
  • Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
  • Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI)
  • Secure Agent & Runtime Environment
  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • File-based integrations (CSV, JSON, XML)
  • SFTP / Cloud Storage (Blob / Object Storage)

Middleware & Connectivity
  • Enterprise Middleware / iPaaS platforms (for source & downstream hand-off)
  • Event-based integrations (where applicable)
  • Message queues / streaming platforms (optional, if available in client landscape)

Enterprise Systems Integration
  • ERP Systems: SAP, Oracle
  • CRM Systems: Salesforce
  • Data Warehouse / Data Lake: Snowflake, Enterprise Data Platforms
  • Downstream digital, eCommerce, and marketing systems via middleware

Data Quality & Mastering Support
  • Embed data quality validations, standardization, and enrichment within integration flows
  • Support match-merge enablement by ensuring clean, standardized input data
  • Ensure reliable publishing of mastered Customer records to downstream systems

Security, Access & SSO
  • Implement secure integration patterns using:
  • OAuth 2.0 / Token-based authentication
  • API keys and certificates
  • Support SSO and access control integration with enterprise identity providers
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data privacy standards

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8-12+ years of enterprise integration experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (SaaS)
  • Proven experience with:
  • Informatica CDI, CAI, CDQ
  • API-based integrations
  • Batch and near real-time data pipelines
  • Experience integrating MDM with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake
  • Strong understanding of data models, canonical schemas, and CDC concepts
