Role Name: Project Manager & Business Analyst - MDM
Location: Austin, TX OR Cupertino, CA (Client Location)
Experience: 5+ Years
Role Summary: We are seeking a hybrid Project Manager and Business Analyst to lead and execute Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing end-to-end delivery while performing detailed data analysis to support future-state data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Lead end-to-end project management for MDM initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
โ€ข Perform current-state vs future-state gap analysis and assess business impacts.
โ€ข Drive stakeholder alignment through workshops, governance forums, and executive status reporting.
โ€ข Analyze data availability, structure, and quality; translate findings into clear requirements.
โ€ข Define requirements for data integration, migration, transformation, and mapping.
โ€ข Manage and participate in data validation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Key Skill Set (Filtering Criteria)
โ€ข Project Management (Agile / Scrum, Jira, Confluence).
โ€ข Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance.
