Job description

-Title: Manager, Master Data Management

-Location: Dallas, TX

-Pay Range: $50-$70/Hour

We are looking to bring on a Manager of Master Data Management to our growing Data & Business Intelligence divisions. This is open due to our organization's growth through acquisitions that is bringing large datasets needing to be integrated into our environment as a whole. The goal of this role is to think high-level in our data modeling, assessing both our current data enterprise and our continued acquisitions, and develop data processes/automation to establish new standards.


What we will need is someone with 5+ years of Master Data Management experience working within data governance, setting data architecture, and developing data quality. This person will also need experience in full lifecycle MDM projects starting from gathering requirements from stakeholders, implementation, testing, and automation. We work in a Microsoft environment, so experience in languages such as SQL, Python, and other data integration tools will also be needed. Our MDM Manager will also have direct reports, so experience in leading on-shore/off-shore teams and owning these initiatives will be a must.


Personality-wise we need someone who has strong communication to work with the business/teams, partner with leadership to define and drive data KPIs, and set governance/automation around our enterprise data environment.
