The ideal candidate will serve as the organization's MDM subject matter expert, owning the design, configuration, governance, and ongoing optimization of master data across product, vendor, customer, and location domains.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, IT, and data teams, this individual will ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of enterprise data that supports the company's Epicor Eclipse ERP environment, integrations, and downstream business processes.
The successful candidate is a collaborative and humble leader who enjoys solving complex data challenges, thinking creatively, and rolling up their sleeves to configure and optimize MDM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Informatica MDM Platform Leadership

  • Design, maintain, and optimize:
    • Match and merge rules
    • Survivorship logic
    • Duplicate management processes
    • Golden record creation and maintenance
  • Configure stewardship workflows, exception management, and approval processes.
  • Lead platform enhancements, testing, deployment activities, and ongoing operational support.
  • Ensure the overall health, stability, and effectiveness of the enterprise MDM environment.
Data Quality & Governance
  • Drive enterprise data quality initiatives across key master data domains including product, supplier, customer, and location data.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and data governance teams to operationalize data standards and policies.
  • Develop and monitor data quality metrics and KPIs focused on accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
  • Identify root causes of data quality issues and implement scalable solutions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations that improve business processes and data integrity.
ERP, Integration & Business Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with teams supporting the Epicor Eclipse ERP ecosystem to ensure alignment between master data and business operations.
  • Partner with IT and integration teams to support source system onboarding, data distribution, and integration initiatives.
  • Participate in solution design discussions and provide MDM expertise related to data architecture, business rules, and data flows.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable MDM solutions while effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Automation & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve master data processes through automation and workflow optimization.
  • Evaluate and support the use of automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar technologies when appropriate.
  • Drive operational efficiencies that reduce manual effort and improve data stewardship effectiveness.
  • Maintain a roadmap for process improvements and MDM maturity initiatives.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data professionals and analysts.
  • Establish clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and continuous-improvement culture.
  • Prioritize operational support, enhancement requests, data quality initiatives, and strategic projects.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex data and operational issues.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management, enterprise data platforms, or data operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM / Informatica IDMC (required).
  • Experience configuring and managing:
    • Match and merge rules
    • Survivorship logic
    • Data quality controls
    • Master data hierarchies
    • Stewardship workflows

  • Experience working with ERP environments and enterprise integrations.
  • Ability to work effectively across both technical and business teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Epicor Eclipse ERP or similar ERP platforms.
  • Experience with Informatica Data Quality, CDI, CAI, or related Informatica solutions.
