Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a ReportsNow Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to join our Enterprise Data team to drive analytics and data initiatives and adoption. In this role, you will assist business users in gathering and assessing data and developing reports and dashboards to drive strategic and operational decision making. You will work with users from multiple functional areas including finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial sales. You will also have the opportunity to work with multiple tools and reporting platforms.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or other technical field.
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in data, analytics, and reporting using ReportsNow and other tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and
  • Experience in working with data of various business functions including operations and manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Advanced skill in the use of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ReportsNow) and building advanced reports, including creation of semantic layers and creating table joins, is required.
  • A strong understanding of core business functions and processes, in operations/manufacturing, finance, commercial sales, and supply chain, is required.
  • An understanding of ERP data, particularly JD Edwards data, is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with data and statistical languages such as SQL, Python, and R is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
