Role: IBM Infosphere MDM(Physical MDM/Advanced Edition experience is required)
Location: Burlington, NC - Remote
Type: Contract to hire

Qualifications:
• 15 years of experience in IT with depth in Data Management.
• 10+ years of experience building MDM applications using IBM Infosphere MDM Standard/Advanced Edition.
• Familiarity with the TIBCO MDM solution is an added plus.
• Experience in multiple areas of MDM implementations such as interfacing with ESB's, batch processing, MQ based publish-subscribe model.
• Experience with data profiling, probabilistic and PME Algorithm.
• Hands on experience with J2EE , SOA based services .
• Experience on IBM/Amazon cloud, Openshift ,Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
• Data Architect with MDM experience.
• Working experience in Master Data Management and MDM tools.
• Strong Data Analytical skills, Data Architecture (Modeling) skills.
• Experience with one or more enterprise level data modeling tools.
• Experience in large scale data integration projects involving multiple data sources and loading them in multitenant architecture.
• Good understanding of healthcare data and data flows.
• Payor and Pop health, knowledge of various standards like HIPPA and HITRUST, Data Masking strategies.
• Strong database development experience.
• Experience of working with multiple teams working across different time zones.
• Strong Documentation and Presentation skills.
Responsibilities
• Design and Develop customizations for the currently implemented MDM Product.
• Work with team members to develop technical designs to meet business requirements.
• Matching Engine tuning and development practices.
• Ability to understand current systems and propose new architecture by identifying gaps & flaws.
• Design and develop experience on multi-domain MDM solutions.
