  • Lead end-to-end project management for lifecycle campaigns, journeys, and automation programs, from scoping through delivery.
  • Translate lifecycle strategy into clear plans, timelines, and coordinated execution across email, SMS, and CRM programs.
  • Partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing and Lifecycle Automation to align priorities, scope work, and ensure execution readiness.
  • Collaborate with project management partners across Channel Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Student Success Center, Analytics and other teams to ensure lifecycle initiatives are integrated across broader workstreams.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints; proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum.
  • Drive visibility into project status, timelines, and delivery through clear reporting and stakeholder communication.
  • Establish and optimize processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational effectiveness.

What Success Looks Like

  • Lifecycle initiatives are clearly prioritized, well-scoped, and consistently delivered on time with high quality.
  • Intake and prioritization processes create clarity, focus, and alignment across lifecycle teams.
  • Lifecycle programs are seamlessly integrated with broader initiatives and workstreams.
  • Cross-functional teams operate with strong coordination, minimal friction, and clear accountability.
  • Processes are efficient and scalable, enabling faster speed to market.
  • Continuous improvement is embedded, with regular enhancements to workflows and execution.

How Impact Will Be Measured

  • On-time, on-scope delivery of lifecycle campaigns and automation initiatives.
  • Speed to market for lifecycle programs and partner/program launches.
  • Effectiveness of intake and prioritization (alignment to business goals, reduced bottlenecks, etc.).
  • Stakeholder satisfaction across Lifecycle Marketing, Automation, and cross-functional teams.
  • Visibility and accuracy of project tracking, reporting, and capacity planning.

What You'll Bring to the Team
