Who We're Looking For 

We’re looking for an energetic Account Supervisor to join our Client Services team here at Marketbridge. You’ll be supporting demand generation, digital and traditional marketing campaigns for a variety of b2b and b2c clients, helping them to achieve their marketing goals and objectives. You will apply your communication skills to building and enhancing long-term client relationships, while also maintaining strong team relationships working alongside our Project Management team and subject matter experts. 

Responsibilities 

  • Essential client management including relationship building, sound strategy, briefing of teams and account efficiency and budgeting.  

  • Collaborating with clients to suggest and orchestrate client projects in our agency. 

  • Working with the strategy, creative, digital and marketing operations teams to ensure that all work is strategically sound, on-brief, and reflects project objectives and client goals. 

  • Delivering creative briefs in collaboration with agency leaders that will inform our teams with valuable insights that will drive successful projects 

  • Understanding, consolidating, and interpreting client feedback that will direct project success for our internal agency teammates 

  • Maintaining responsibility for all financial processing across projects, including hours reporting and client profitability 

Qualifications 

  • 4+ years' experience in marketing agency account management or similar. 

  • Experience with b2b clients, digital marketing and demand gen strategies. 

  • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail is a must. 

  • Experience with project management software and Office 365 suite of products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

We aim to offer competitive and equitable compensation based on factors such as location, relevant experience, skills, and market benchmarks. The anticipated salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000. 
 
Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s qualifications, and additional flexibility may be considered for candidates whose experience and expertise significantly exceed the role’s core requirements.
