Join Litehouse as a Co-Manufacturing Buyer!

This position is open to remote candidates. Candidates within a 60 mile radius of a facility will be required to work a hybrid schedule.


Are you a detail-driven supply chain professional who thrives on keeping products moving and partners aligned? Litehouse is looking for a Co-Manufacturing Buyer to support external manufacturing operations, manage material flow, and help ensure our co-man partners have what they need to deliver quality products on time. If you enjoy solving problems, balancing priorities, and working across teams, this could be the perfect next step.

What You Will Do
  • Manage MRP evaluations and purchase orders for co-manufacturing sites, including confirmations, updates, and past-due orders.

  • Monitor inventory levels, transfer reports, holds, credits, reorder points, and short-dated or obsolete materials.

  • Respond quickly to shortages, schedule changes, and supply disruptions while tracking issues and supporting corrective actions.

  • Coordinate new product launches by managing approvals, forecasts, system setup, and item or pricing changes.

  • Partner with Senior Co-Man Coordinators to support production schedules, material transfers, and detailed job packets.

  • Complete inventory reconciliations, job closeouts, and system updates with a high level of accuracy.

  • Participate in performance reviews, metrics meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives with internal teams and external partners.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field or Associate's degree with relevant experience considered

  • Experience in procurement, inventory management, supply chain, or manufacturing coordination required

  • Working knowledge of MRP systems, purchasing tools, and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and suppliers

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
