What is a remote manufacturing buyer?

A Remote Manufacturing Buyer is a procurement professional who manages the purchasing of materials, components, and services needed for manufacturing, while working from a remote location. They are responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to meet production schedules.
