Job description

About the Role:
Enova is seeking a data-driven Marketing Specialist for the Consumer Direct Marketing team. This role is central to our growth strategy, driving how we acquire and retain customers through Direct Mail marketing. In this role, you will drive the success of the consumer Direct Mail programs by managing data flows, campaign schedules, and performance reporting. Your work will optimize campaigns, enhance targeting strategies, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day execution of consumer acquisition and portfolio Direct Mail programs, including data flows, performance reporting, campaign scheduling, and cost tracking.
  • Implement and evaluate creative and targeting tests; clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, recommending growth strategies and identifying data trends to inform decisions.
  • Partner with external vendors (data providers, print partners) to ensure high-quality execution and continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Marketing Analytics to improve reporting, unlock insights, and drive program performance.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Business roles (e.g., Strategy, Planning, Operations).
  • Critical thinker who proactively identifies problems and proposes solutions to improve processes and campaign performance.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations; proficiency in Excel and visualization tools, such as MicroStrategy or Tableau, is preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to create, follow, and communicate timelines effectively.
  • Proven ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence across multiple functional teams (e.g., Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Creative Teams, Vendor Partners).
  • Strong presentation skills with a track record of presenting complex ideas and translating data into clear insights for key stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker capable of generating innovative solutions to customer challenges.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Knowledge of credit bureaus and/or Consumer Reporting Agencies.
  • Background in financial services.
  • Experience in direct marketing.

Compensation
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $60,000 to $83,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
