Location and Role Details

Location: Lafayette, Louisiana

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

For clinicians who prefer calm, focused work over constant office traffic, this remote role offers a strong fit. Your work will include assessment, treatment planning, counseling, documentation, and practical support that respects each client's circumstances. This role supports clients in Louisiana who need consistent therapy without the added barrier of an office visit. The goal is to provide care that feels steady, respectful, and useful for the person on the other side of the screen.

Responsibilities

· Assess client strengths, risks, barriers, and support systems

· Use sound clinical judgment when referrals or additional support may be needed

· Provide remote clinical therapy to clients in Louisiana

· Use clinical social work skills to connect emotional needs with practical next steps

Requirements

· Active Louisiana LCSW license in good standing

· Master of Social Work degree from an accredited program

· Clinical experience providing therapy, behavioral health support, or outpatient mental health services

· Comfort using telehealth tools, electronic documentation systems, and remote client communication

· Strong assessment skills, ethical judgment, and ability to manage a full-time caseload
