Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Remote | Full-Time

Peregrine Health partners with community health organizations to expand access to high-quality behavioral health care, delivered by supported, full-time clinicians.

What We're Looking For
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
  • 3+ years of clinical experience (community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings preferred)
  • Comfort providing therapy independently within a supported care model
  • Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Clear, professional communication and collaboration with care teams
  • Comfort using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools
  • Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care
