Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role focuses on readiness, coordination, and delivery across Business, Marketing, Digital, Training, Operations, and Technology teams, ensuring all activities are aligned and delivered on time.
This is a highly visible role requiring a confident, execution-oriented leader who can manage ambiguity, command stakeholder discussions, and keep teams accountable in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Readiness
โ€ข Develop and maintain detailed, integrated project plans and Gantt charts across multiple workstreams.
โ€ข Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines with stakeholders, ensuring clarity on ownership and delivery dates.
โ€ข Drive readiness planning across marketing activations, communications, training and onboarding, and digital enablement aligned with technical teams.
Stakeholder Leadership & Accountability
โ€ข Serve as a central point of coordination across Business, Marketing, Digital, Technology, and Operations.
โ€ข Lead recurring status meetings and working sessions; hold teams accountable to commitments and timelines.
โ€ข Identify risks, gaps, and interdependencies early, escalating with clear mitigation plans.
โ€ข Partner closely with leadership to divide and conquer across initiatives and manage high execution volume.
Execution & Delivery
