This is a senior leadership role designed for an established ACD who can guide an existing team of talented writers, drive original creative concepts for the US Hispanic market, and serve as the primary strategic creative voice with global Brand and Strategy leads.
What You'll Do
  • Creative Leadership & Strategy: Lead, direct, and elevate an established team of bilingual writers and editors, establishing the bar for creative excellence across all US Hispanic initiatives.
  • Origination & High-Stakes Localization: Drive original campaign concepts from scratch while overseeing critical, high-profile transcreation and localization projects.
  • Stakeholder & Client Relations: Serve as the senior creative partner to executive cross-functional teams (Brand, Strategy, Creative), articulating decisions and defending creative work.
