Job description

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end execution of multi-site engineering projects ranging from 6 months to 2 years in duration
  • Manage cross-functional global teams including Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software, Product Validation, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality
  • Drive product and manufacturing process design activities through all phases of development and commercialization
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Track and report project progress through structured status updates and performance metrics
  • Ensure alignment across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality functions for successful project delivery
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure adherence to design controls, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards
  • Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) activities from design through production ramp-up
  • Serve as the key communication link between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clarity on requirements and deliverables
  • Drive accountability across teams to meet defined cost, schedule, and technical objectives
  • Facilitate decision-making and resolve cross-functional conflicts to maintain project momentum
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong experience managing complex engineering or product development projects
  • Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional technical teams
  • Solid understanding of electromechanical systems, embedded software, and manufacturing processes
  • Experience with product development lifecycle and NPI processes
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning skills
  • Knowledge of quality systems, design controls, and regulatory compliance in product development
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in medical device or highly regulated product development environments
  • Familiarity with supply chain coordination and manufacturing scale-up activities
