Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide integrated care.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development and training, enhancing your skills and knowledge to improve service delivery.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about behavioral health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse populations experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from varying backgrounds, and establishing rapport and trust is essential for fostering therapeutic alliances that lead to successful treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid state license (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) and certification as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and active listening.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and making informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
• An ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and familiarity with relevant healthcare technologies.

Preferred Experience

While the basic qualifications are essential, candidates who have additional experience or specialized training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other recognized therapeutic modalities will be highly valued. Proven engagement in community health initiatives or outreach programs is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation range of USD 95,000 – 105,000 annually, contingent on experience and productivity. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
