Calmness Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team in a full-time remote position. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, fostering positive relationships to support their mental health journey.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for future sessions or discharges as appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all clinical and ethical standards.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments, assisting clients in articulating their challenges and goals.
  • Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCPC will work with a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
