Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-managed caseload, establishing rapport and fostering positive relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics.
• Regularly meet with clients to discuss their progress, address any concerns, and facilitate smooth transitions and discharges when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans focused on each client's specific goals and needs.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date progress notes to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Conduct intake assessments to thoroughly understand new clients’ mental health backgrounds and establish baseline treatment strategies.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions aimed at professional development and maintaining a growth mindset.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted, independent LCPC licensure is mandatory.
• At least one year of direct experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required post-graduation.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfort and expertise in conducting comprehensive intake assessments.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our Fee-for-Service model ensures guaranteed payment rates, allowing clinicians to be compensated ahead of collections for a stable financial experience. Additional benefits include:
