Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individualized therapy sessions using our secure online platform, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort throughout the process.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs, including therapeutic techniques aligned with evidence-based practices.
  • Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records that document all sessions, progress, and treatment modifications in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate closely with other mental health specialists to provide a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and treatment strategies to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on best practices and ongoing education in mental health to ensure compliance with ethical standards and to enrich your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele at various stages of their mental health journeys. Your clients may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other life stressors. This role requires a balanced approach that provides both therapeutic interventions and empathetic listening, catering to a wide array of experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Active state licensure is required, including but not limited to: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
