Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of your clients, followed by formulating personalized treatment plans that adhere to best practices.
  • Delivering therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring these are customized to meet individual client requirements.

  • Educating clients and their families on various mental health topics, treatment modalities, and community resources available to them.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Must possess a valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Kansas.
