As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of your clients, followed by formulating personalized treatment plans that adhere to best practices.
• Delivering therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring these are customized to meet individual client requirements.
• Maintaining meticulous, confidential clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to provide holistic and coordinated care.
• Participating in ongoing peer review and case consultation sessions to promote shared learning and improve treatment outcomes.
• Educating clients and their families on various mental health topics, treatment modalities, and community resources available to them.
• Staying current with industry research and incorporating innovative practices into your therapeutic work.

You will engage with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Your role will not only provide direct therapeutic services but will also be instrumental in building trusting relationships that motivate and empower clients towards recovery and overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess a valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Kansas.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience focused on providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions and a strong understanding of behavioral health best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish rapport with clients and team members alike.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities to support client assessments and intervention strategies.

• Experience working in a virtual environment, especially in mental health settings.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and interdisciplinary approaches.
• Background in substance use treatment and crisis intervention is advantageous.

The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our competitive benefits package includes:
