Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health issues and requirements.
  • Develop and implement bespoke treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, utilizing therapeutic techniques that align with best practices in the field.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, understanding, and emotional health.
  • Consistently monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the attainment of therapeutic goals.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide holistic care and address a range of client needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will center on building trusting relationships and utilizing evidence-based practices to address the unique needs of each client, thereby enhancing their overall mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active state licensure as a mental health therapist is essential. Acceptable licenses include:
    • Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)
    • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
    • Psychologist
    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW)
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing therapeutic services is highly regarded.
  • Expertise in evidence-based practices and familiarity with therapeutic methodologies that support diverse populations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective collaboration and rapport-building with clients and colleagues.
