• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to inform your practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate proven therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), fully customized to address the unique circumstances of each client.
• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions that promote clients' personal growth, resilience, and coping strategies in dealing with distressing emotions or life transitions.
• Monitor and adjust therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, ensuring that progress is tracked and celebrated, which supports ongoing motivation and commitment to therapy.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual interaction, thus accommodating those with mobility challenges or scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, using our practice management software to streamline processes.
• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions, ensuring that your clinical skills remain sharp and reflective of current best practices.

In this position, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential for eligibility.
