• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals, ensuring an individualized approach to care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments, integrating evidence-based methodologies with a clear focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Provide adult individual therapy sessions, employing solution-focused and trauma-informed techniques tailored to each client's unique experiences and challenges.
• Perform crisis interventions and support during emergencies, utilizing effective risk assessment strategies to ensure safety and stabilization.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including regular participation in supervision and relevant training to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

As a therapist at Parenthood Therapeutic Relationship Wellness Center, you will tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet the distinct needs of each client, utilizing culturally competent practices to foster trust and effective communication.

• A valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.
• Completion of a master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills characterized by profound empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, enabling strong rapport-building with clients.
• Outstanding organizational skills and time-management abilities to efficiently handle a caseload while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
• A clean disciplinary record with relevant regulatory bodies, showcasing professionalism and ethical practice.

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy practices, enhancing your adaptability and proficiency in managing technology-driven sessions.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or other recognized methodologies.
