Job description

Title: Instructional Designer Duration: 6 months Start Date: 9/22 Location: Remote W2/C2C: W2 Only Job Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating engaging and effective learning experiences, with a particular emphasis on video-based and eLearning content. You will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of instructional materials that support our learning objectives.

This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Design and develop engaging and interactive eLearning courses, videos, and other instructional materials. Perform heavy video editing to create high-quality, polished learning content.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and gather content. Create storyboards, scripts, and design documents for a variety of learning modalities. Ensure all learning content is instructionally sound, aligns with our brand, and meets quality standards.

Manage project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technology. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Marketing, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a similar role. Proven experience in designing and developing a variety of instructional materials, including eLearning courses and videos. Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and design platforms like Canva.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with motion graphics and animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects). Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Decebo. A portfolio of work demonstrating your instructional design and video editing skills.
