• Provide clinical mental health services, including assessing client needs and developing individualized, recovery-based treatment plans.
• Continuously evaluate client progress towards goals, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on their evolving needs.
• Assist in creating, monitoring, and executing individual service plans that are personalized and goal-directed.
• Guide clients in developing essential coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication techniques.
• Educate clients about available community services, facilitating access and providing advocacy to ensure they receive comprehensive care.

Your clients will primarily consist of adults facing various mental health challenges that impede their daily functioning and quality of life. Addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders, you will develop therapeutic relationships that promote recovery and independence. The ability to understand and navigate the unique circumstances of each client is crucial to tailoring effective interventions and support.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Required licensure by the state board, including options such as Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently without direct supervision.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering direct clinical services in mental health settings.
