• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and collaboratively design personalized therapy plans tailored to individual goals.
• Facilitate therapy sessions, offering both individual and group therapy interventions to address various mental health issues.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to treat conditions including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Consult with fellow clinicians and allied health professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment plans.
• Engage in continuous self-assessment and seek professional development opportunities to improve therapeutic skills and outcomes.

Our outpatient mental health services cater to a broad spectrum of client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in the state of California.
• At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role or related field, demonstrating the ability to handle diverse client needs effectively.
• Strong documentation and communication skills are essential for maintaining clinical records and collaborating with the treatment team.

• Experience working with various evidence-based treatment modalities, especially CBT and ABA.
• A background in community health settings or outpatient therapy practices.
• Familiarity with culturally competent care approaches to optimize client engagement and outcomes.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 117,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
