This position is fully remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to create a work-life balance tailored to their needs. Our telehealth approach provides a comfortable platform for client interaction, reducing barriers that traditional settings might impose. As a counselor, you'll use virtual therapy platforms to manage your sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your clients. We also encourage a culture of collaboration through regular peer case consultations, contributing to team cohesion and knowledge sharing.

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver tailored therapeutic services to clients.
• Document all interventions and update client files within 24 hours to maintain accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and align with clients’ unique needs and goals.
• Engage in peer case consultations to discuss challenging cases, share insights, and promote best practices.
• Maintain timely and organized records to ensure a data-driven approach to patient care and outcomes.

As a key member of our team, you will primarily work with adult individuals and couples facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise will empower clients to develop coping strategies, enhance their emotional resilience, and achieve meaningful life changes. The role focuses on building strong therapeutic relationships that are grounded in trust, respect, and collaboration.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• An active independent licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) in the state of Oregon is essential for this role.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care systems is highly desirable.

• At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, with a demonstrated ability to work in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or mindfulness-based approaches.
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to diverse client populations.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
