This role is set in a fully remote work environment, offering the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering essential counseling services from the comfort of your location. While you will be working independently, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that collaborates to ensure holistic care for our clients. Our outpatient office model emphasizes accessibility and responsiveness, creating a supportive network for both counselors and clients.

• Conduct therapy sessions using various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring each session provides a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their challenges.
• Monitor client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and evolving needs to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of mental health professionals to provide clients with comprehensive care and additional resources, facilitating referrals to other specialists when necessary.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the individual needs and goals of each client, ensuring that each approach is tailored to their unique experiences.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

This role primarily focuses on providing counseling services to women aged 35 to 55, addressing common issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management. By understanding the unique challenges faced by this demographic, you will play a vital role in fostering emotional resilience and overall mental wellness.

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling role, demonstrating effective therapeutic skills.
• A strong grasp of ethical and legal standards in counseling to ensure quality and legally compliant practice.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience working with women’s mental health issues and midlife transitions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a passion for continuing education in the mental health field.
• Comfort with digital therapy tools and telehealth platforms to facilitate remote counseling seamlessly.

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $100,000 and $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong salary, benefits include:
